INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Put the pedal on the dry floor.
2. Plug in power and the press the red button to “ON”.
3. Press the black direct-reverse switch on Up position to make the piston move to the top.
4. Take out the barrel out and put the stuffing into the barrel.
5. Put the barrel back to the machine.
6. Press the black direct-reverse switch on Down position and use a foot to tread the pedal. The piston moves down.
7. If the moving speed of the piston is too fast or too slow, the speed button can be pressed to adjust suitable speed.
8. In the process of clyster, if the piston need to be stopped moving down, just move the foot from the pedal.
9. When piston moves to the bottom of the barrel, the machine stops automatically. When the fillings are used out, press the black direct-reverse switch to UP and then the piston moves to the top.
10. If a new sausage need to be filled, please repeat the operations above.

 

CLEANING METHOD

1. Disconnect the power of machine before cleaning.
2. Take down the barrel, the piston and the meat tube from the machine. Clean them in the clean water with washing-up liquid by using hands. Dry them after cleaning.
3. Clean up the machine body with wet cloth.
